Top 10 Products That Emit High Frequency Microwave Radiation In Your Home
I want to make a list here that I will update when needed in the future. My list contains the products, gadgets, that are in many households and that emit EMF microwave radiation. Please read what High-Frequency radiation is first if you are not familiar with it. I will start with the most popular ones and add the ones that people usually have no clue that are a big source of HF fields in their home.
Laptops and Computers
Most of people know about these. They constantly emit high-frequency microwave radiation all the time. YOu need to put them in airplane mode, or better yet disable WIFI, and Bluetooth modem from the device manager (talking about WIN 10 here). You can go into device manager and disable wifi and Bluetooth internal modem. THat works for months, but sometimes the windows update enables the modem after the update. So you better check it, or have a HF meter ready and measure your laptop every few days.
Smart TV
Smart TVs are very popular these days. Especially if you bug 50 inches and more, it is almost certainly smart TV. If it can connect to the internet via WIFI, it is a smart TV. From my experience most of the TVs don’t have the option to disable the internal WIFI or Bluetooth module, so you need to manually unplug it. You can take your TV to service, and they will do it. HIFI amplifiers
These are always emitting HF radiation if they have the built-in modem. You can check in settings and find the internet section. In many amps, it is easy to disable WIFI by unplugging the back antennas that you screw in. FOr example YAMAHA, DENON uses this technology. You can easily use cables for the internet. You don’t need constant WIFI radiation.
Portable speakers
These are also very dangerous. They use Bluetooth radiation to connect to your phone so you can stream music to the speaker. Avoid using it.
Mobile phones, Tablets
This is I think the biggest source of microwave radiation in my opinion. MObile phones are usually ok, in standby mode, the emissions of radiation are really low. But when you are using it to call somebody, it emits huge amounts of HF fields. There is not a lot you can do but to use it via speaker and not put it against your ears. Also, try to keep it outside your room when you sleep or away from your body.
WifiRouters
This is a huge problem in every house. Always opt-in for wired internet, use internet cables instead of WIFI. If you must use it and are too lazy to wire your rooms with internet cables then keep it at least away from your sleeping quarters etc…
Wifi signal enhancers and repetitors
I have measured these enhancers that spread the signal all over the house and make it stronger. You just plug it in the outlet and it will do its job. Avoid these, they emit strong HF radiation.
Roombas and cleaning robots
Most new robots, Roombas included are also emitting high-frequency radiation all the time. They are trying to connect to your phone app, or they search for the base etc. I suggest using older models like for example Roomba 870 series. All the new models have wireless modems inside the housing.
Vitamix blender
This was a huge shock for me. Vitamix made the best blender on the market. But they have to put Bluetooth in for some reason in new Ascent models so the Vitamix can talk with the app, can detect which blender cup you use, etc. This is a shame. I have the old Vitamix blender 5200, that is still without WIFI:
Smart fridges
Another useless step in technology. It will emit radiation all the time just so it can connect to your phone app. Try to buy a fridge without smart technology. It is useless and dangerous.
Baby monitors
The baby monitors emit constant EMF radiation. The emissions are very strong. Be careful using them around your baby. We suggest using something that is wired without Bluetooth or wireless.
