Buying Land For Your New House – Top Things To Consider So Your Family Will Be Healthy

I am doing many EMF surveys around the world and I have to say this is the very important part. It is not just to buy beautiful land but more important how saturated is that land with EMF fields.

When I am doing surveys I always rely on my EMF meters. It is very important to live in a low EMF saturated place. If you buy beautiful land you want to spend time outside too, not only inside.

FIRST PROBLEM

Recently I had a client who wanted to know if he should start building a house on his newly acquired land from his parents. But the problem was there were two powerlines on his land. One was small and the other was a huge one, almost like the Terminator powerline I measured several years ago.

The small powerline was 30 meters away, and the big one was 100 meters from the planned house.

Living in the vicinity of the powerline will result in high low-frequency fields, especially troublesome is a magnetic low-frequency field. You can’t shield the magnetic field. Electric low frequency can be shielded with no problems with a simple metal object, that is grounded, even aluminum foil blocks the electric low-frequency fields. But not magnetic. They are very hard to block. The magnetic field penetrates through everything. There are some materials that block magnetic fields, but they are super expensive and usually hard to set up, and often not protecting magnetic fields good enough. It is best to keep away from powerlines and strong magnetic fields than to shield them because you will fail. The client hired me because he has read about EMF and chronic diseases on my site. His uncle and other family members died from cancer recently. THeir hosue was just few meters from where they wanted to build a new one.

After my inspection and measurement, they decided not to build the house here and sell the land. Imagine your kids playing outside under the powerlines. There are many studies that link leukemia and powerlines, but of course, the government denies it straightforwardly.

It is very important if you want to live in a healthy house and healthy land to keep away from powerlines, especially the big ones, that emit magnetic fields for a few hundred meters.

We have measured the EMF fields from both powerlines in our case on the client’s land. I was surprised at the small one because it emitted strong electric fields and the magnetic fields were also very strong. In the vicinity of like 10 meters from a small powerline, the magnetic fields were a disaster. 614 nT, which is more than allowed in biological buildings.

Electric low-frequency fields were also extreme. 614 V/m2. The healthy dose is below 1 V/M, which is 614 times higher electric fields emf emission than allowed based on strict Swedish biological building standards.

And here is the big powerline, you can see how far it is from us, 100 meters or so, just a little further away from us the client wanted to build a house.

Here I started to approach the big powerline and the electric fields started to climb really fast. Just a few meters from the previous spot, where the emissions were less than 1 V/M they started to grow to 37 V/M, which is 37 times more than what Swedish standards for biological buildings recommend.

This is just the powerline issue. But being under the big powerline is a disaster. I could not go there because the field was full of mud but when I started to approach the powerline the emissions quickly increased.

SECOND PROBLEM

The next problem is high-frequency fields. I just measured EMF in a client’s house where the house was located 100 meters from the radio tower. I have never seen such high emissions in my life inside the home. Home walls usually block a big portion of high-frequency fields. But not in this case. This was the first time my HF meter maxed out inside the home… I had to switch to max settings to get the reading and it was more than the meter could display.

The client later told me there are so many strange sounds in the house, static electricity, phones have problems working, etc.

Here I am going to the second floor of this house the emissions are extreme.

Imagine you buy land where you want to live healthy with your kids or family and you start to build near a big problem like these two.

These are just two potential problems I want to share with you. That is why it is advisable to hire a professional EMF inspector to survey the land before you buy it.
