EMF Radiation and Ley Lines House Survey Germany

A concerned homeowner from Germany reached out to me with a request to conduct an extensive assessment of their residence for electromagnetic fields (EMF). Additionally, they expressed a keen interest in understanding whether their sleeping areas were situated in proximity to or directly above ley lines.

Ley Lines Measurement

Fortunately, ley lines were passing near the bed, and the client was not in any immediate danger. The positioning of the ley lines allowed for flexibility in moving the bed to avoid direct contact. However, it would have been problematic if a ley line had passed directly over the bed, as there would have been limited room to relocate the bed.

Two ley lines were identified in the house, one passing near the bed and the other near the computer. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms, being small in size, did not have any ley lines passing directly over the bed, providing a ley line-free sleeping area. However, in the working room, there was a ley line, as demonstrated in the video below. The house, with its compact rooms, prompted me to record only the areas where ley lines were detected.

Low Frequency Fields Measurement in the house

The subsequent measurements focused on low-frequency fields. If necessary, please familiarize yourself with what low-frequency fields entail. Short videos about electric and magnetic fields in the house were provided. In the bedroom, there were numerous electric plugs behind the bed and electric lights, contributing to very strong electric fields. I guided the client on mitigating measures to bring the electric fields down to a healthy level.

Notably, in the child’s room, there were numerous electric cables beneath the bed. Upon unplugging them, the electric fields dropped to 3 V/M, an optimal level for the kid’s room. However, a significant issue arose due to a thick cable above the roof, serving as the conduit for the entire neighborhood’s electricity. This resulted in strong magnetic fields measuring 160 nT and beyond.

If you find yourself residing in a house with such magnetic field issues, there’s little you can do to mitigate them. Magnetic fields are challenging to block. If your home is situated near power lines or beneath them, close to electric stations, etc., relocating may be the only viable solution.

Prior to purchasing a house, it is crucial to assess the EMF fields. Once you’ve bought a house, it’s impractical to request the city to relocate power lines in order to reduce magnetic fields to acceptable levels. Your options are limited to either adapting to the existing conditions or considering an alternative property without such concerns.

High-Frequency Fields Measurement in the house

This marked the final stage of measurement in this house. I measured high-frequency fields in all rooms and discovered that in the master bedroom, the emissions exceeded 100 MW/m2. When I measured EMF outside on the balcony, the emissions spiked to 3200 MW/m2. The recommended healthy range for high-frequency fields is only 1-5 MW/m2. The excessive emissions originated from outside the house, emanating from mobile antennas scattered around the city.

However, when I measured HF emissions on the opposite side of the house, they were significantly lower. This was because the house was surrounded by other houses that acted as a barrier, blocking emissions from the city.
