Havana Syndrome – Government’s Secret Directed Microwave Weapons
This is horrid. First, read more about active denial system weapons and 5G connection and learn more about this new technology of invisible weapons. World today appalls me. Governments now can just point their microwave weapons into their enemy and permanently damage them. They do not need to send their secret agents to eliminate the people they do not like. A push of a button will do the trick.
Seems like the future weapons will be undetectable and on another level of evil.
Microwave Weapon Embassy Incident in Cuba – Havana Syndrome
Let’s go back to 2016, where this technology got its own name – Havana Syndrome. People with the so-called Havana Syndrome were first discovered in American Embassy in Cuba in 2016 where embassy employees suddenly became severely ill. Some employees reported permanent damage like hearing loss, memory loss, and nausea.
More than 30 American diplomats and their families were hit in Cuba and China. The Cuban incidents cause diplomatic chaos between Cuba and the USA.
Donald Trump accused Cuba of using unidentified weapons on embassy employees and reduced the number of staff to a minimum. America even warned Americans not to travel to Cuba because of this incident. The USA also expelled 2 Cuban diplomats because of this incident. CIA has not pinpointed the exact technology that was used in these attacks but they suspect pulsed microwave radiation was used. The government even suspected Russian secret services for these attacks.
The researchers that examined 21 ill diplomats from Havana never mentioned any microwave attack at first in their detailed report published in JAMA. Douglas H. Smith later claimed that the microwaves were the real culprit of this attack. Douglas H. Smith is the director of the Center for Brain Injury and Repair at the University of Pennsylvania.

- Researchers said the parts of the brain with low volume might show the actual brain injury, and parts with high volumes could show that the brain tried to compensate for the ones with low volume.
A year later in December 2017, CIA officer Marc Polymeropolous woke up suddenly in a Moscow hotel room with ringing in his ears, and strong spinning feeling in his head. He felt so sick he almost vomited. CIA medical office told him that his symptoms did not match the ones that were reported by Havana embassy staff a year before. Later his symptoms did not go away and he had to retire in 2019.
Marc Polymeropolous later claimed he was being hit by a surveillance tool that was turned up too much. But later more cases were reported to CIA linked to people working on Russia. He then was convinced he had been zapped with a microwave weapon.
Cuba denied any responsibilities and even offered their help in finding out what really happened. The FBI and Cuban authorities met in 2019, but the FBI denied access to the staff that experienced Havana Syndrome and also they prevented them to conduct proper tests in their homes.
This is what the embassy employees heard, a sound like crickets. Americans affected in Havana reported that the sounds hit them at extreme volumes. Not all injured embassy workers heard the sounds, but for those who did, it’s not clear they heard precisely the same thing. One person said, “That’s the sound”.
In 2019 the University of Pennsylvania did more research and concluded that a new syndrome in the diplomats resembles persistent concussion. Researchers claimed that diplomats experienced brain injury. Some diplomats recovered fast, while other experienced symptoms for months. Some were still not been able to return to work after 2 years.
The real culprit of Havana Syndrome is revealed
In 2018 Douglas H. Smith publicly claimed that microwave weapons were used in these attacks. Beatrice Alexandra Golomb also claimed that there were no sonic attacks on diplomats. She persisted that pulsed microwave radiation is the culprit of after-effects and the reason why diplomats were sick.
Golomb also said that all affected first heard the strange noises and were similar to the sounds caused by pulsed RF/MW via the Frey effect.
Frey effect is the human perception of audible clicking sounds, or on some occasions speech, induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies. The communications are generated directly inside the human head without using any kind of electronic device. Frey effect was first reported by persons working in the vicinity of radar antennas during the Second World War. In 1961, Allan H. Frey, an American neuroscientist researched this phenomenon deeper and called it the microwave auditory effect.
At first, the scientists thought sonic weapons were used because the affected people heard noises. But Allan H. Frey explains the real reason why they heard noises.
In his experiments, the subjects were able to hear microwave radiation from only a few inches to hundreds of feet from the source of the radiation. Frey used 50 HZ pulsed microwave radiation.
Frey claims that it is possible that Cubans aligned with Russia, which is their’s longtime ally, and in fact the Russians might have been responsible to launch microwave strikes in attempts to slow down developing ties between Cuba and the USA.
Allan H. Frey, who is a well-known biologist, said he came across the acoustic effect in the year 1960 while he was working for General Electric’s Advanced Electronics Center at Cornell University. A guy who worked there and was measuring radar signals in the facility next door reported in a personal meeting with Fray that he could hear the beam’s pulses — zip, zip, zip.
Hearing that Allan Frey went to this guy’s workplace in Syracuse and positioned himself exactly in the line of the radar beam. Fray claimed that he could hear pulsing sounds too.
Allan H Frey in his research papers claims that even deaf people could hear the false sounds — founded a new field of study on radiation’s neural impacts. In Allan Frey’s first research paper, which was published in 1961, he reported that power densities 160 times lower than “the standard maximum safe level for continuous exposure” could induce sonic delusions.
On the other hand clicking or buzzing have been reported by workers at pulsed microwave emitting sites.
There was also an experiment where Joseph C. Sharp and Mark Grove could recognize 9 out of 10 words transmitted by voice modulated microwaves. Because the radiation needed to be very strong for this experiment to work, it could cause permanent damage to the brain and some scientists claimed it would fry the brain tissue before the subject could hear the voice modulated microwaves.
Many people in the world also claim they are harassed by microwave weapons by governments. That they hear sounds, being mind-controlled, suffer from residual effects of microwave exposure but they are always labeled mentally ill. But on the other hand, the CIA used microwaves in their well-known MK ULTRA experiments, which throws a shadow of evil on their behalf.
We now know that the weapons like this exist, but it seems strange that government immediately reacts when diplomats are hit by microwave weapons and on other hand quickly label regular people mentally ill when they claim they are being shot by microwaves. Who to believe?
Nowadays it seems easy for governments to just used secret microwave weapons on people if they come on their list of enemies.

Medusa – First Microwave Biological Weapon
It is sad to hear that the American government purchased such a weapon from the company WaveBand Corp in 2003/2004. They created the first so-called microwave weapon called MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio). The goal of this weapon was to incapacitate the enemy via the remote pulsed microwave emissions.
Sierra Nevada Corp later took over the contract between Waveband CORP and USA Navy. Medusa is a so-called NON-LETHAL (imagine that, it will only damage your brain a bit) directed energy weapon. The goal of MEDUSA is to create strong auditory sound in the radiated subject via pulsed microwave radiation. Developers of this weapon were able to create auditory sound via manipulating pulse parameters and pulse power of this weapon. The weapon can create a loud noise in the human brain that is very uncomfortable. It can temporarily incapacitate individuals that are blasted by these microwave frequencies.
New Mexico Speech Into Head Patent
This is also highly concerning. In Albuquerque, N.M., Air Force researched developed a way to beam comprehensible speech into the heads of test subjects. They were even able to win a patent in 2002 and an update in 2003.
The lead scientist who invented this technology said that his research team was able to demonstrate that the signal that was beamed was in fact intelligible.” Air Force later labeled this program in a disclosure form listed the first application as “Psychological Warfare.”
USA Microwave Weapon Projects “Hello”, “Goodbye” and “Goodnight”
USA’s vast interest in weaponizing microwaves extended beyond the end of the Cold War. After the 1990s USA Air Force developed a project called “Hello” where they tried to find out if it is possible to generate disturbing sounds in the heads of the test subjects with the help of microwaves.
They tried to heat up the inner ear, to produce psychologically devastating ‘voices in the head.
The other was called “Goodbye” to test the use of microwaves for crowd control, and one codenamed “Goodnight” to see if they could kill people with microwave weapons. Later reports for 10 years ago claimed there had not been proven successful.
Ukraine gave EMF weapons technology to Saudia Arabia
In November 2017 the Ukraine Yuzhnoye design bureau (Dnipro, Ukraine) handed over to the King Abdul-Aziz Scientific and Technological Center (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) documents for the pulsed EMF radiation generator. According to the Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia, these weapons are able to cause an overload and destruction of the enemy´s electrical networks and also destroy the electronic components of weapons. Supposedly this technology can be used by Saudis for upgrading their aviation bombs KAB 500 and MARK 84.
Director of the Ukrainian Kharkov Institute of Electromagnetic Research, Yuri Tkach, claimed that Ukraine is one of the leaders in developing EMF weapons. FOr some special reasons they can’t give that technology to its own Ukrainian army. Therefore the technology is developed for foreign customers like Saudi Arabia for example. Currently, they are focusing on developing microwave munitions Tkach claims.
Cuban Microwave Embassy Havana syndrome Attack Resolution
James C. Lin researcher at the University of Illinois, who is also a leading investigator of the Frey effect, claimed that the ill effects are in fact the result of microwave weapons. Dr. James Lin is the main editor of Bio Electro Magnetics research publication that studies the effects of EMF and microwave fields on living beings.
James Lin claimed in his research paper that In fact, high-intensity microwave radiation could have been the reason why diplomats did not hear just strange noises but also experience nausea, headaches, and vertigo and experience possible brain injuries.
Lin claims that microwave weapon beams could be fired covertly and hitting only a specific person.
In February publication Lin wrote that the wife of one of the diplomats had looked outside her home after she had heard a strange loud noise and seen a van speeding away. A small mobile microwave weapon with a dish antenna could fit in a small van Lin claims.
2018 China Microwave Weapon Attack
In May, reports emerged that American diplomats in China had suffered similar traumas. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called the medical details of the two groups “very similar” and “entirely consistent” with one another. By late June, the State Department had evacuated at least 12 Americans from China.
A second major microwave brain attack happened again among US diplomats and intelligence officers in China in June 2018. US government stated that several individuals were pulled from its consulate in Guangzhou and had been sent back to the US for further evaluation and a comprehensive assessment of their symptoms after they experienced similar symptoms to the diplomats in CUBA in 2016. They claimed again they have heard a strong strange sound, pressure which resulted in brain injury.
Some of those who claimed they were hit by microwaves contacted Beatrice Golomb, a professor at the University of California, San Diego, who is a microwave researcher. She claimed she wrote a letter to USA State Department medical team in January 2018 where she described in detail why she thought microwaves were being used for the attack.
Prof Golomb said one of the staff recorded high emissions of microwave radiation with a commercially available EMF meter. The needle went off the top of the available readings. But she says the State Department told its own employees that the measurements they had taken off their own back were classified.
The Russians And Chinese deny all allegations
Both Russia and China still deny all allegations of using any kind of biological weapon on these diplomats. They explain that the effects these diplomats experience are probably caused by viruses, chemical pollutants, or even infectious agents.
Microwave Weapons And Cold War
During the cold war, there was a strong rivalry between Russia and the USA. Both sided were heavily exploring the use of microwaves to be one step in front of the enemy. There were even mind experiments being conducted. Professor Lin was lucky enough to get access to the secret laboratory in the town of Puschino near Moscow. Russians took a more crude approach to test microwaves on humans than Lin himself. Russians put a testing subject in a barrel of saltwater so only the head was sticking out. Then they started to blast the head with microwaves.
Russians thought microwaves were interacting with the brain’s nervous system so they wanted to hear what Dr. Lin has to say. Both sides were spying on each other. Americans tracked almost every move Russians did try to develop microwave weapons in 1976. USA secret spies revealed they did not find any trace of any kind of microwave weapons in Russia. But they came across experiments that Russians did on frogs.
Apparently, they shot frogs in their throat with microwaves until their heart stopped. The American government was concerned that Russians would be able to use microwaves to impair brain functions and induce sounds in the subject’s brain for psychological effect. That way they could disrupt or disorient the military and diplomatic staff.
While Dr. Lin was visiting the lab in Pushchino Russia, the concerning reports were being reported. Apparently, a group of USA citizens that lived near Pushchino was worried they were being zapped with microwaves by Russians. The USA government covered the whole thing up.
For almost 25 years a 10 story USA Embassy in Moscow was blasted by a wide beam of invisible microwaves. They named the whole incident Moscow Signal. The staff inside the building was zapped by Russians for many years.
Russians put an antenna on the neighboring apartment building and they zapped upper floors of the US embassy where the ambassador had its quarters. THey first spotted the microwaves in the 1950s and the Americans monitored the beam from the 10th floor. Almost nobody who worked in the embassy knew about it.
Jack Matlock, who was second in command at the embassy said in the mid-70s that the USA government tried to find out what was its purpose.
The beam came from an antenna on the balcony of a nearby Soviet apartment and hit the upper floors of the embassy where the ambassador’s office and more sensitive work was carried out. It had been first spotted in the 1950s and was later monitored from a room on the 10th floor. But its existence was a secret tightly held from all but a few working inside. “We were trying to figure out just what might be its purpose,” explains Jack Matlock, number two at the embassy in the mid-70s.
When Matlock was replaced with a new ambassador, Walter Stoessel, who moved there in 1974 and he threatened to resign unless everyone was told what was in fact going on. He said there was a huge panic in the building. The embassy staff was especially worried about their children who were residing in the nursery on the bottom floor of the embassy.
The USA government did not care about it apparently even though they knew the staff was zapped my microwaves on a daily basis. Walter Stoessel became ill and the blood was coming out of his eyes. Stoessel called Henry Kissinger regarding the illness that he got and he claimed it was from microwaves Russians were using on the embassy building. Walter Stoessel later dies of leukemia at the age of 66.
In 1976 screens were installed on embassy windows to lower microwave emissions. But embassy staff was furious why State Department tried to sweep the whole thing under the rug. This was a claim echoed a few decades later with the Havana microwave incident.
Matlock later claimed that the Russian government did not try to damage embassy staff. They were more advanced in surveillance than Americans at that time and one of the theories said that they were trying to bounce microwaves off the embassy windows to listen to the staff working there.
Russian government later admitted to Matlock they were in fact trying to jam American equipment on the embassy roof that was used to intercept Russian communications in Moscow.
This is the world’s secret surveillance that only a few people know about. Most the of government and embassy staff don’t know what is in fact going on.
Later on, one of the British secret agents revealed that microwaves could be used to illuminate electronic devices and extract signals or track them. Others suspect Americans themselves that one of their devices malfunctioned and made people sick inside the embassy.
Microwaves Incidents In 2021 – Berlin, Vienna, and Vietnam
This year new concerning reports surfaced. One of them was reported in Berlin and also in Vienna Austria. The CIA recalled its chief of station in Vienna, in part over his alleged mishandling of reported cases of “Havana Syndrome”.
There was also an incident in Vietnam just before US Vice president Jamala Harris arrived there. They had to delay the whole trip for 3 hours because of a reported case of a microwave attack at the USA embassy in Hanoi.
The microwave weapon attacks have also been reported in Colombia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan.
Indian Havana Syndrome September 2021
Another incident was reported in India in September 2021 where the CIA agent reported Havana Syndrome symptoms. He already received medical treatment.

2023 – US reopens visa, and consular services at the Cuban embassy for the first time since the Havana Syndrome incidents in 2017
I guess the US stopped the visa ban for Cubans. Fox news just reported that visa services are getting back to normal after 1.1.2023. It has been 5 long years for Cubans unable to travel to the US and meet their relatives. Many were traveling illegally with boats to the US in these harsh times.
The consular section of the US embassy was closed under President Donald Trump back in 2017, just a year after a mysterious Havala Syndrome health scare of many embassy workers, who suddenly fell ill suffering from unexplainable symptoms. The FBI, and CIA, were suspecting EMF radiation from an unknown enemy, possibly China, but they could not prove anything. Trump just closed the US as an answer and recalled the staff back to the US.
The FBI, and CIA, still have no answer, the suspect is a microwave attack on their embassy staff or some kind of sonic attack, which is less likely. Many experts claim microwaves were used to target US employees in Cuba. Multiple US investigations have not been able to prove anything.
Our Opinion
Our opinion here at altermedicine.org is that the CIA, Russians, and other governments know exactly what is going on. The USA again tried to sweep the whole thing under the rug starting from Havana syndrome in Cuba. They do not want the truth coming out. Just as the Russians, Cubans, Chinese are zapping them, so do they zap others with microwave weapons. It is all about competition. Who will have more advanced weapons? And all governments use spies…so they spy on each other constantly. And annoy each other. That did always happen. We all know they used to kill foreign spies…now they zap them with emf weapons and cause permanent damage. It is just a game, like it has always been, a serious game. They probably use the same parts for their microwave weapons and different manufacturers… Governments always lied, in the past present, and will in the future.
In fact, the USA has several patents on microwaves, in our opinion did more research on microwave weapons than any other country.
If the USA reveals the truth it might open a Pandora’s Box of incidents that have been ignored over the years.
